Food is brilliant, Magnificent location, The room is cosy and perfect, Includes a work desk, coffee and tea making equipment, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, Friendly atmosphere.

Clean rooms ,pleasant staff...the beds were very comfortable........large parking area for truck and sled trailer.......sled trails across the street.......nice lounge to relax in for the evening......and a good restaurant for breakfast

Location: the hotel was close to North Bay on the weekend for a hockey tournament, the lake and downtown. Spent our evenings in nearby Sugardaddy, especially when it was hot outside. We have spent 1 day in queen room with a view of the bikes, a fridge, as for instance, everything was great. The breakfast was wonderful, a lot of food.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, quiet, and safe, making it easy to explore nearby attractions in North Bay during the winter months. Our queen room had everything we needed - a comfortable queen bed, shower, and a fridge.

The property is exceptionally clean. The breakfast is delicious and reasonably priced. The staff are top-class and caring. The location is fantastic, close to the beach and restaurants. The cocktail bar is nice.

Its location was incredible, short walk to the lake, the restaurant and the area's attractions. I ate at the attached restaurant near the hotel. The rooms were tastefully decorated and cosy with a view of the bikes.

Restaurant was amazing. Excellent food and service. It was the only redeeming feature of the hotel.

Beds were uncomfortable, pillows were awful, front desk is poorly staffed so long waits to check in and out. The halls and room seemed run down. Very disappointing

In the room, I found a microwave, air conditioner, and an iron - really came in handy! 🙌

Was a very good stay, would do it again. Had a wonderful time in the pool. Meal at the hotel restaurant was like being back in Italy. Overall it was a very good experience.

My room was spacious, well-kept, and had great amenities like a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker - definitely a plus!

The staff was polite and courteous. The accommodation was lovely and perfectly clean. I loved the fairly quiet and perfect rooms with a view. The hotel's location was great and incredible, near to North Bay, the parkway, and the restaurants.
